Jim has been in the coaching and fitness industry for over 15 years. He enjoys all sports and coached athletes of all ages from kindergarten to college. Jim believes in coaching fundamental skills to build a strong foundation of the sport. His coaching style strongly supports sportsmanship, teamwork as well as understanding the value of hard work. He has played many sports in his own athletic career including football, soccer, baseball, basketball, and kickboxing.
